Studio Park Hollywood ™ Productions, located at Studio Center, Studio Park Hollywood ™'s production facility, has been designed to provide the ultimate in production capabilities for the future. It will not only provide sound stages for leasing and complete production amenities, but the latest advancements in technology with state-of-the-art post production facilities.

MULTIPLE STUDIOS

Studio Park Hollywood ™ is a brand that caters to multiple studios. The philosophy is to host a multi-studio showcase of licensed intellectual properties from major motion picture studios and independent producers, as well as offer production packages to any studio or producer.

Studio Park Hollywood ™ Productions at Studio Center will provide state-of-the- art facilities to compliment film and television production, as well as support the film industry in Hollywood, CA. Studio Park Hollywood ™ will be within the 30-mile limit for location filming for TV series, movies for TV, and motion pictures. Behind the scenes on Studio Park Hollywood ™'s back lots and stages, television and motion picture production thrives. Sounds stages will be leased and actively in production, as well as back lots/set streets for on-location filming. A complete "Mill" will be available for set construction and production services.

A high-end post production facility will be completely outfitted with the latest in advanced technology, including computer animation, CGI, digital technology, etc. The "Monster" Environmental - E Stage will be one of the largest sound stages in the world. Its massive 40,000 - 50,000 sq.ft. structure will be devoted to climate-controlled weather conditions for production purposes. Entire exterior sets can be constructed on the stage, utilizing pre-programmed weather. Virtual sets will be available, which affords producers the opportunity to "shoot on location" anywhere in the world without ever leaving town.

The Media Center is dedicated to emerging technology, interactive multimedia, animation, and innovative production support. Producers will have, at their fingertips, computer access to cast, crew, Directors and staff support, as well as ENG packages for location shoots.

A fully-equipped recording studio will be available for audio, music production and recording, including sound tracks.

In addition, Studio Park Hollywood ™ is a showcase for advanced technology that will stretch far into the Millennium. Producers will have the unique advantage with Studio Park Hollywood ™ being the test incubator of the latest in emerging technology and production techniques, as well as the most advanced in ride and show attractions.

Studio Park Hollywood ™ INSTITUTE

Resident within the park will be Studio Park Hollywood ™ Institute. This fully-accredited program will be dedicated as a training center in Theme Park Engineering, Maintenance and Operations, and Film and Television Production.

Studio Park Hollywood ™ Institute will provide an optimal environment to train first class employees for our own parks and resorts, as well as fulfill a need for quality trained employees in the rapid growth industry of theme parks worldwide.

Engineering and technical students will have the use of Studio Park Hollywood ™ Theme Park and Resort as an educational playground for learning design and maintenance, mechanical and electrical disciplines and theme park operations.

Film and television students will augment the staff of current works-in-progress at Studio Center and learn "real world" film-making, multi-media and special effects.

Studio Park Hollywood ™ Institute will be a fully accredited college program in association with California Universities and Colleges, and will provide an internship program as well. The Dr. Julio Gianotti Scholarship will be available for students who qualify.
