Principal Partners
Studio Park Partners, Inc. is a themed entertainment development corporation dedicated to building theme park destination resorts and studios, originating with Studio Park Hollywood. It is comprised of four principal partners and two executive officers experienced in themed entertainment, the opening of major theme park venues, and the design, build, and operations of major theme parks, worldwide. To protect the confidenitality and privacy of all the Studio Park Team on such a public forum, the names of the Principals, Board Members, and Associates are withheld and just their experience is detailed. Founding Partner, President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board, Chief Master Design Engineer, sits at the helm with over fifteen years of experience in the design and development of major theme parks, and is a Control Systems and Motion Base Engineer specializing in creating theme park ride and show systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from the University of Illinois through the Navy Campus For Achievement Program.
Principal Partner, Chief Operations Officer, General Counsel, Treasurer of the Corporation, is the legal and operations arm of Studio Park Partners, Inc. with over fifteen years of experience as an attorney dealing in contracts, union labor, and contract/vendor relations for the theme park, entertainment, and hospitality industries, well experienced in the legal and technical aspects of designing and building major theme park and hospitality venues, a Studio Engineer/Technical Director, and former executive in the casino and hotel venue entertainment business.
Principal Partner, Chief Park Operations and Technical Services Officer, is a master planner and operations expert in themed entertainment, technical and park operations with over nine years experience in themed entertainment venues. He served as the Technical Director for Universal Studios Japan and a Technical Manager for Universal Studios Hollywood. His knowledge and expertise will assure a well-designed and smooth technical operation at Studio Park. In addition, he has an extensive background in musical live performance shows and merchandising.
Principal Partner, Chief Film Operations Officer, Secretary of the Corporation, Project Development, Chief Studio Designer, Marketing, Branding, and Licensing, is Studio Park Hollywood's Marketing Executive, Theme Park Developer, and Studios Designer and Liaison. With 20 years combined experience, she will oversee the master plan and creative design of Studio Park Hollywood and Studio Center production studios, as well as oversee the marketing and promotions for the theme park and production facilities. As an active Producer, Writer, designer, commercial project and attraction developer, her in-depth knowledge and experience with major industry players, rounds out the Partnership.
Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Treasurer of the Corporation, he has an extensive background in themed entertainment ventures and corporate finance. Highlights of his career include six years as a Manager of Finance and Project Manager for Universal Studios Hollywood and two years with the Walt Disney Company. In particular, he was Accounting Manager for Universal Studios Japan, a $1.5 billion theme park. He also managed various projects ranging in value from $3,000,000 to $100,000,000 for Universal. Prior to his experience at Universal Studios, he spent two years with Walt Disney Imagineering as Division Manager of Finance, having full responsibility for the 592 Employee Show and Ride Division, managing a $150,000,000 fiscal year budget. He has also overseen a number of corporate finance projects for the following companies: Kaiser Permanente, AeroJet ElectroSystems, and Tracor Inc. He holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management and Finance from St. Edward's University, Austin Texas.
Chief Security Officer is Studio Park's Chief Security Officer who is well experienced with all levels of security, including: homeland security, domestic, international, border, maritime protection, corporate, celebrity, executive, and security for motion picture production. Recent global events have presented a need for higher level of security throughout theme park resorts and studios for the safety and security of guests. Studio Park Partners have taken security into serious consideration for our guests by including on our team, one of the premiere security officers in the country. As Chief Security Officer, will provide the design, development, and implementation of park-wide security infrastructure, including security systems, devices, and employee asset management. He will also provide executive security services for Studio Park Partners' corporate offices, executives, and their families.

In addition to the four Principal Partners and Executive Branch that comprise Studio Park Partners, Inc., eight Members of excellence sit on the Board of Directors. Their brief bios, credentials and corporate involvement are outlined, as follows:
Member, Studio Park Partners Board of Directors, Mechanical Engineer, lends his expertise to Studio Park's Business Administration as a business executive and Mechanical Engineer (registered in the State of California). With over 18 years of experience in engineering program and contract management, he is vital to the Studio Park Team with his technical oversight, budgetary requirements, and contract compliance. Besides his experience in developing major show action equipment for themed entertainment attractions, he has developed Basis of Design documents for large industrial facilities, design, installation planning, and installation supervision of complex test equipment, life-cycle cost analysis, and development of industrial quality assurance programs and specializes in marine related projects. He is currently the Facilities Engineer for the U.S. Navy, Naval Facilities Expeditionary Logistics Center, Port Hueneme, California.
Member, Studio Park Partners Board of Directors, Glaserco Consulting, President, Marketing Consultant. He is at the helm of Glaserco Consulting, the marketing firm that will oversee the global marketing of Studio Park, domestically and internationally. He brings over 35 years of experience, to oversee Studio Park's corporate business management, global marketing, commercial advertising and promotion. His invaluable marketing experience ranges from promoting Arnold Palmer's career to major product lines of intellectual properties for TV, film, development of internet on-line services and solutions.
Member, Studio Park Partners Board of Director, 2B Worldwide, President/CEO, Mechanical Engineer, has played an influential role in the marine aquarium, themeing industry and museum quality exhibitry, architectural facades, environmental themeing, and aquatic systems worldwide. As Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of 2B Worldwide, he is actively involved in all significant operating and strategic decisions, central in the technical development and management of his technology business. His business savvy will contribute to the successful guidance of Studio Park.
Member, Studio Park Partners Board of Director, Real Estate
Management, lends his full support in developing Studio Park as a successful
business venture. We're proud to have his worldwide real estate and business
expertise on our team, in selecting the best properties for Studio Park. Recent
Vice President of Jones, Lang, La Salle, he has been responsible for handling
the real estate needs of
the greater industrial segment of Fortune 500 companies, as they expand nationally
and internationally. Mr. Partridge is a licensed real estate broker in the State
of California. He continues to act on Studio Park Partners' behalf regarding
real estate property placement for Studio Park Hollywood and other site locations.
Member, Studio Park Partners Board of Director, Studios Liaison, Licensed Intellectual Properties, Principal, Owner, International Themed Entertainment Association, Past President. Her industry contacts are superb, and will be a tremendous asset to Studio Park Partners, Inc. in the design, development and construction of Studio Park Hollywood, Studio Center and Studio Park Productions. she will support Studio Park Partners with aligning a studio for production operations, and will be an integral support in the acquisition and licensing of IP's - Intellectual Properties for Studio Park Hollywood's attractions. In addition to being owner of the business consulting company, he was Vice-President of Themed Entertainment for 20th Century Fox Film Entertainment for three and a half years prior to forming her own company. She was the in-house themed entertainment liaison for Fox Studios Los Angeles, Fox Studios Australia, Fox Studios Baja and Fox Sports Enterprises for the development of out-of-home leisure properties, activities and events.
Member, AIA - Studio Park Partners Board of Director, Solberg & Associates, Inc. Principal, TEA - Themed Entertainment Association, Past Board of Director. He has over 20-years of experience designing major projects for themed entertainment and the hospitality industries. These range in scope from museums, hotels, retail entertainment, amphitheaters, studios, to large multi-use facilities and major themed attractions. Recent Principal of an architectural firm, he is an internationally recognized leader in the themed entertainment industry, having helped create such attractions as Six Flags Space Adventure, Back To The Future attractions at both Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Florida, Mystery Lodge at Knott's Berry Farm, Water World at Universal Studios. Both Mystery Lodge and Water World projects won Themed Entertainment Awards in 1996. He was awarded Prime Architects for master design of Warner Bros. Theme Park, Spain.
Member, DGA, WGA, SAG - Studio Park Partners Board of Director, Director, Writer. His extensive knowledge and experience in filmmaking adds depth to our Studio Park Partners Team in an advisory capacity in related areas, such as, design developent of Studios Center, filmmaking workshops for Studio Park Institute, and intellectual properties for Studio Park Hollywood's attractions. He is a veteran filmmaker with over 20-years experience in film and television, having worked with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ron Howard, Tom Hanks, Tyne Daly, Steve Martin, Richard Gere, Sinbad, Garry Marshall, Robin Williams, Julia Roberts, Henry Winkler, Keanu Reeves, Daniel Baldwin, Gina Lee Nolin, and dozens more. He worked with Arnold Schwarzenegger on several films as Acting Coach/Director, including: JINGLE ALL THE WAY, BATMAN AND ROBIN, END OF DAYS, THE SIXTH DAY, COLLATERAL DAMAGE; and TERMINATOR 3. His past feature credits include PRETTY WOMAN, 2nd Unit Director, Associate Producer; PARENTHOOD (Universal Studios), 2nd Unit Director, and the NBC series based on the film, which he was also Associate Produced. He directed numerous episodes of SHEENA (Columbia TriStar), FORTUNE HUNTER (Fox TV); THE NEW LEAVE IT TO BEAVER SHOW; SWAMP THING (Universal Studios)(USA Network). He has Associate Produced Movies-of-the-Week (MOW) COTTON CANDY, THE LONE STAR KID, worked with Sid Caesar on INSIDE OUT (MOW), and partnered with Tony Dow on a TV series, VENICE. Aside from his technical knowledge and skill with the camera, he has established himself as an Actor's Director, serving as Dialogue Director on the hit series HAPPY DAYS for eight years, assisting Director Jerry Paris in virtually every phase of production. He is a member of the Directors Guild of America, The Writers Guild of America, and the Screen Actors Guild.
Member, Studio Park Board of Directors, President and CEO of BlueStreak Sports Training, he will be working closely with Studio Park Partners to develop the business Infrastructure for Studio Park's Business Administration and Management Team. As an accomplished business management and sales professional with twenty-five years of experience, he brings to Studio Park his expertise and outstanding business acumen in general and sales management, entertainment, telecommunications, leadership training, and information technology. He is proficient in LBE market studies for pricing, return on investment and product development. His responsibility and expertise is strong in Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Finance. A protégé of Stephen Covey (7 Habits of Highly Effective People), and recent Managing Director NY, Franklin Covey Company, and Principal of the Center of Leadership Solutions, leadership training for major corporations. Prior to Franklin Covey, he was National Sales Manager for Evans & Sutherland's Entertainment Division, General Manager of Mainstream Data's Newscast Group and District Manager for McGraw Hill's Electronic Publishing Division.
