Slated for Southern California

Studio Park Partners, Inc. has announced plans to build Studio Park Hollywood ™ - Themed Entertainment Resort and Production Studios in Southern California.

Studio Park Partners, Inc. is a themed entertainment resort development corporation with plans to build a major themed resort destination to include a theme park with licensed movie-based themed attractions, recreational resort and working production studios, and an off-park Restaurant/Nightclub Entertainment venue with theaters, shops, clubs, and great food!

The edutainment attractions will preserve Hollywood's "History of Movie- Making Magic" with the evolution of the major studios from the Silent Film Era through the Golden Age of Hollywood, to contemporary film and TV, into the future and beyond. Interactive, high-tech movie-based rides and shows will capture the total Guest immersion experience.

Set street designs developed around "Pockets of Americana" will include retail merchandise venues, themed restaurants, rock or jazz clubs. State-of-the-art production studios will include 8-sound stages, hi-end post production facility with the latest in advanced technology, computer graphics imagery and animation, recording studios, media center, production support services, studio tour, back lots, broadcast center, international cable network with up-link/down-link satellite capabilities. Studio Center plans to become the hub for technology transfer.

The themed resort will include 3-world class resort hotels, overlooking pristine lakes and lagoons, an 18-hole championship golf course, a business conference center, an educational institute and a performing arts pavilion. and an off-park Nightime Entertainment and dining complex.

Studio Park Partners, Inc. is dedicated towards enhancing the environment by preserving the natural resources of the property, enriched by lush landscaping design. Families and outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy Studio Park Hollywood ™'s recreational facilities such as a wildlife center, nature trails groomed for hiking and horseback riding, a rodeo arena and campgrounds.

Studio Park Hollywood ™ has been in the planning stages for years. Studio Park Partners, Inc. and their Core Development Team have over 100-years combined experience in themed entertainment, attraction development and production capabilities. In addition, Studio Park Partners, Inc. have formed a consortium of strategic alliances that comprise architectural firms, attraction developers, civil & site engineering firms, retailers, restaurants, hotels and major corporate sponsors. Discussions with major motion picture studios regarding licensed intellectual properties will attract high concept, premiere movie attractions, as well as leased sound stages and production facilities for motion pictures and TV series.

The magnitude of Studio Park Hollywood ™, Themed Entertainment Resort and Studios, will employ approximately 4000 from the region. Guest gate attendance is anticipated to attract 11 million guests annually.

Development plans will be effective immediately as soon as successful financing is complete, and property is secured. Studio Park Hollywood ™'s Grand Opening is slated for 2011.
